Ascension Academy Summer Reading, 2011

The following is a list of the summer reading required for students enrolled in Ascension Academy.  These students should buy thier own copies of each title and have these novels completely read when they attend class on the first day of school.  Each English teacher will test over these assigned titles shortly after school begins, as well as initiate discussion and writing assignments over the assigned titles.  These assignments will seriously impact the first six-weeks grade report.

     Tess of the D'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy
