Burk Whittenburg, Secretary

Mr. Whittenburg is a member of the Board of Regents and is the Chairman of the By-Laws Committee. His undergraduate degree is in Journalism from Texas Tech University and he obtained his law degree from the University of Texas. Mr. Whittenburg is a practicing attorney in Amarillo and has served on the WTSU Board of Regents and with the American Red Cross-Amarillo Chapter. His wife Carol is an active Real Estate Agent in the community and together they enjoy their three children and five grandchildren.
