David Sanders joins Ascension Academy to instruct students in Spanish, religion, and American History. He will also coach cross country, track, and boys basketball. Mr. Sanders earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wayland Baptist University with a Major in History and a Minor in English and Music. He brings with him three years of experience teaching and coaching middle and high school students. Mr. Sanders’ interests are vast. He is an Eagle Scout, a three-time former head Chief of the Kwahadi Indian Dancers, a pianist at Temple Baptist Church, and a former member of the Wayland International Choir.
