After home schooling for a number of years, we recognized our daughter's educational needs were going beyond her parents' abilities to teach well. We heard good things about Ascension through a variety of sources. We realized that Ascension's goal was the same as ours had been for our child- to offer an environment that would encourage her to do her best work. The faculty and small class sizes made the transition easy for her. Ascension is a place where your child can have a well-rounded school experience with an excellent education that encompasses the three R's, sciences, as well as the arts and athletics.

We chose to send our kids to Ascension Academy because of the focus on academics while providing a faith-affirming environment. The teachers at Ascension are fantastic! Their education, experience and the support they give our kids cannot be beat. We chose Ascension Academy primarily because it is a college preparatory school.  Increased focus on Mikey's future has given him a sense of direction. The atmosphere at Ascension Academy is unique.  It is obvious that students and staff truly care about each other.  In addition, the smaller classes allow teachers to spend more time with each student. Ascension Academy offers students the freedom to practice religion.  The religion classes have helped Mikey deepen his faith.
