Welcome to the official website for Ascension Academy! Whether you are a first-time guest or a frequent web browser, please accept my heartfelt invitation to visit us often. We are Amarillo’s newest and fastest growing educational alternative for parents who are looking for something unique and stimulating for their children.

As we enter our second decade serving college-bound boys and girls in grades 6-12, we do so committed to providing students with that rare combination of academic rigor and extracurricular excellence that you would only find in some of the country’s finest prep schools. And we offer all of this in a safe, intimate (classes that don’t exceed 18 students) and nurturing educational environment for young people with an ambition to achieve, while helping them grow into persons of moral character and spiritual substance.

How do we do it? We blend together dedicated and talented teachers with capable and motivated students to create a school climate that is challenging and caring.   Small classes ensure that each student is actively engaged in a program that pushes every learner to reach his or her potential in the region’s finest college preparatory curriculum.
