How and When to Apply

Call and Visit

  1. Contact Ascension to schedule a tour of our campus.
  2. Pick up an application at that time.  ·        

Test

  1. Schedule an admission test date.         

(We administer the Iowa Test of Basic Skills to all applicants.) ·        

Apply

  1. Distribute teacher recommendation forms. 
  2. Submit a copy of your student’s latest report card from his or her current school.
  3. Complete and submit the Parent Application and Student Application.
  4. Pay $75 application fee.
  5. Schedule a parent/student interview with Director of Admission. Each completed applicant file is submitted to the Admission Committee, and you will be notified by mail of the admission decision.    

Respond           

Accepted students and their parents sign and return an Acceptance Agreement and pay their Enrollment Fee to complete the application process.
