Joe Pool

Mr. Pool is a member of the Board of Regents. He received his B.A. from Stanford University and his law degree from the University of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. A rancher and an oilman, he is the President of Sneed-Pool Cattle Co., Inc. He and his wife Arlene support the Arts and Education in the Panhandle with memberships in the Lone Star Ballet, Amarillo Symphony, and the Panhandle Plains Museum.
