Kerry Sullivan joins our English and Religion departments this year after a six year career teaching English in Catholic schools in Detroit, MI, Cleveland, OH, and Middletown, OH.  Having earned a B.A. in English Education from St. Gregory's University and an M. A. in English from the University of Dayton, Ms. Sullivan participated in the University of Dayton Lalanne project for two years, working with inner city young people.  Ms. Sullivan has traveled in Eastern Europe and the Middle East as part of the H.O.P.E project.  She will teach sixth and ninth grade English and eighth grade Catholic religion at Ascension.  She will also take leadership of our new Community Service requirement which is an area of great interest to her.
