Mr. Moore brings to Ascension 37 years of teaching, coaching and counseling experience. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern New Mexico University. He taught and coached in Midland for seven years before accepting a teaching and coaching position at Tascosa High School. After seven years at Tascosa Mr. Moore accepted a position at Sam Houston Middle school, at which he also spent seven years. After earning a Master of Education degree from West Texas A & M University he accepted a guidance counseling position at Crockett Middle school where he finished his career in public schools. Mr. Moore’s hobbies are keeping up with sports. He especially enjoys watching local high school sports and college football. He also plays golf on occasion. Mr. Moore is honored to be a part of Ascension Academy.
