Kathi Lewis serves Ascension Academy as the middle school counselor, having joined the staff in January 2017. She has 40 years experience in education as an elementary special education teacher, counselor, professional development instructor, and administrator. Mrs. Lewis has served as principal of three elementary schools in Amarillo. In 2016, she received a Women of Distinction Lifetime Achievement award from Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains.
