Biography
BS in Biology and Natural Science from Oklahoma Panhandle State University
M.Ed in Counseling from West Texas A&M University
Ann has taught for 33 years in public education leading up to her addition to the Ascension Academy Faculty. She has taught 3rd-12th grades in Math and Science. She taught middle school math in her first year at Ascension, and has now transitioned into the role of School Counselor.
In the past, she has been a School Counselor and Assistant Coach for volleyball, basketball and track coach with her husband, who is also coach and administrator.
Ann has two children and three grandchildren!
She loves to be outside, to be anywhere with her husband and loves to read. Ann has really enjoyed exploring Amarillo after being a “small town girl” for all of her life.
