I am excited to join the Ascension Academy family! I bring more than 30 years of mathematics teaching experience to this position. I earned my Doctorate and Master's degrees from Texas Tech University and my Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado. I hold Texas teacher certifications in Secondary Mathematics and Secondary Science. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, think critically, and develop strong problem-solving skills. My goal is to prepare students for success in college and beyond through rigorous, engaging instruction in a supportive classroom environment. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my three children.
