Kate Dennis has been teaching for over ten years. Inspired by her sister's enthusiasm for the Montessori method, she became certified in 2020 through the MACTE-accredited program at the Age of Montessori (now known as The Institute of Montessori Training). Kate received her training from Mary Ellen Maunz, a mentor one generation removed from Maria Montessori.
Passionate about Montessori and child-centered learning, Kate is excited to return to her alma mater and help develop a new program.
Outside of work, you can find Kate enjoying her time at various coffee shops, quilting, reading, taking walks through neighborhoods with her fiancé, or traveling.
