Biography

Mr. Kinsky was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He received an Instructorship at Polytechnic University during his graduate studies, which introduced him to the field of education. His passion for teaching led him to continue his career at the high school level, where he taught college preparatory science and mathematics in the greater Los Angeles area.
In 1999, Mr. Kinsky transitioned from teaching to join a small software company as an Applications Engineer and Product Manager, specializing in the support of their CAD/CAM software suite. Drawing on his software development and support experience, he then joined a dot-com startup during the Internet boom. Over a successful 25-year career in the Digital Online Advertising industry, he worked for several startups, provided consulting services, and co-founded Nasdaq: IAS, which marked the conclusion of his career in that field. After taking a year-long sabbatical, Mr. Kinsky is excited to return to education and teaching by joining Ascension in August 2025. He brings extensive technical and business knowledge to enhance and grow the STEM program at Ascension.
