At Ascension Academy, students have the opportunity to participate in vocal music in both a solo and an ensemble environment under the direction of Taylor Lindley. Students develop their individual talents and learn teamwork through choral singing. Music theory, aural skills, and sight-reading are an integral part of the program. Students participate in local competitions; All-Region, All-Area, and All-State Choirs. Our students regularly perform with Amarillo Summer Youth Musical and Amarillo Opera.
